규칙부는 총회 규칙에 관한 일을 연구하여 제의하며 본회에서 맡긴 규칙에 관한 일을 결의하여 보고한다. The Rules Committee shall study the matters pertaining to the rules of the General Assembly. They shall decide any matters that are entrusted to them by the General Assembly. They shall submit their decisions to the General Assembly.
