교단 소속 증명서 신청은 신청서를 작성하셔서 총회 서기(StatedClerk@kapc.org)와 총회 회계의 이메일(Treasurer@kapc.org)과 그리고 총회 총무의 교단 소속 증명서 신청 접수 이메일인 Affiliation@kapc.org 으로 보내주시기를 바랍니다. 교단 소속 증명서 신청은 Affiliation@kapc.org 으로만 받습니다. To apply for a certificate of denominational affiliation, please complete the application and send it to the emails of the Stated Clerk(StatedClerk@kapc.org) of the General Assembly and the treasurer(Treasurer@kapc.org) of the General Assembly and to Affiliation@kapc.org, the email address for receiving denominational affiliation applications from the General Secretary. Denominational Affiliation Certificate applications are only accepted at Affiliation@kapc.org.
