효율적이고 합리적인 총회 행정 업무 처리를 위해 2024년 8월 17일 오늘부터 ① 교단 소속 증명서 신청을 비롯하여 ② 목사신분증 카드 신청과 ③ 총회 파송 선교사 신분증 카드 신청은 KapcIdCardApply@kapc.org로 보내주시기를 바라며,
총회 수첩 (회원 및 교회 주소록) 관련 이메일은 총회수첩 업데이트 접수 이메일인 KapcDirectory@kapc.org로 보내주시기를 바랍니다.
또한 매년 3월 31일까지 총회로 보고하는 총회 안건 보고서 제출은 AgendaReports@kapc.org로 보내주시기를 바랍니다.
총회 업무 과정의 노출을 막고 한 곳으로 집중된 이메일의 분산을 통해 그동안의 용량 초과로 스팸 처리되던 것을 해결하고 좀 더 쉽게 구분하여 신속하게 처리하기 위함이오니 협조해 주시기를 바랍니다.
일반 행정 사역 관련 이메일은 총무의 이메일 GeneralSecretary@kapc.org로 보내시면 됩니다. 앞으로 총회 관련 이메일은 모두 @kapc.org를 사용하도록 할 것입니다.

(Notice) I ask for the cooperation of the clerks of each presbytery.
For efficient handling of General Assembly administrative work, starting from today (August 17, 2024), emails for either or all the following three applications - (1) the Denominational Affiliation Certificate; (2) the Pastor Identification Card; or (3) the General Assembly Missionary Identification Card - should be sent to this KAPC Identification Card Application email address: KapcIdCardApply@kapc.org.
For General Assembly Directory Handbook updates (updates to the membership and church address book), emails should sent to this KAPC Directory email address: KapcDirectory@kapc.org.
General Assembly Agenda Reports submitted to the General Assembly are to be sent to this email address for KAPC Agenda Reports, AgendaReports@kapc.org, by March 31st of each year.
For General Administrative Ministry, emails should be sent to the General Secretary’s official email address: GeneralSecretary@kapc.org.
I ask for your cooperation in this effort in order to streamline the General Assembly’s business procedures for easy categorizing and processing purposes. By using the four different email addresses provided, emails will be located in a singular location for quick processing, preventing spammed emails from flooding the General Secretary’s email inbox at max capacity. In the future, all General Assembly-related emails will be using the domain name: @kapc.org. Thank you.
