알립니다) 제50회(2026-2027) 총회 회원 및 교회 주소록 업데이트 작업은 3월 23일(월)부터 시작할 예정입니다.
각 노회 서기께서는 제49회 총회 수첩의 기록을 자세히 살펴보시고 노회원들의 집 주소와 교회 주소 변경 사항이 있으면 정리해서 알려주시기를 바랍니다.
특별히 전화번호는 휴대전화는 MP(Mobile Phone)로, 집 전화는 HM(Home)으로, 교회 전화는 CH(Church)로 통일되게 정리해서 알려주시기를 바랍니다.
현재 사용하고 있는 이메일주소를 알려주시고 카카오톡의 아이디를 예) Kakao Id: chulsoo 라고 정리해서 알려주시기를 바랍니다.
보내주실 총회 수첩 정보 업데이트 이메일주소는 kapcdirectory@kapc.org입니다.
총회 수첩에 얼굴 사진을 업데이트하기를 원하시는 노회원의 사진은 노회 서기께서 한꺼번에 받으셔서 총회로 보내주시기를 바랍니다.
1) 담임목사, 2) 부목사 & 교육 목사, 3) 공로목사 4) 원로 목사, 5) 선교사, 6) 군종 목사, 7) 선교 목사 & 전도목사, 8) 무임 목사, 9) 장로 총대 순으로 정리해서 보내주시면 감사하겠습니다.
은퇴 목사는 무임 목사 난에 넣어주시고 이름 뒤에 (은퇴)라고 기록해 주시기를 바랍니다.
무임 목사를 제외한 모든 목사와 장로는 교회 정보를 표기해 주시기를 바랍니다. 무임 목사는 교회 정보를 적으실 필요가 없습니다.
추가로 협조를 부탁드리는 것은 각 노회 서기께서는 총회 수첩에서 담임목사 항목에 기록되는 목사는 목사와 교회가 노회에 가입한 경우이어야 하고 노회와 총회에 상회비를 지불하고 있는 목사만 기록해 주시기를 바랍니다. 목사는 개인적으로 노회에 가입이 되어 있지만 시무 교회가 가입되지 않아 노회와 총회에 상회비를 지불하지 않고 있는 경우에는 무임 목사 항목에 반드시 기록해 주시기를 바랍니다.

Reminder) I will begin updating the membership and church directory for the 50th General Assembly (2026-2027) on Monday, March 23.
I ask that each presbytery clerk carefully review the records in the 49th General Assembly book and report any changes to the home and church addresses of presbytery members.
In particular, I ask that you keep your phone numbers organized by using MP (Mobile Phone) for cell phones, HM (Home) for home phones, and CH (Church) for church phones. Please provide me with your member’s current email address and your KakaoTalk ID, e.g.) Kakao Id: chulsoo), and your member’s current email address.
The email address for updating the information in the General Assembly Handbook is kapcdirectory@kapc.org.
If any members of your presbytery would like to update their photo for the General Assembly directory, please collect their photos together and send them to the General Assembly through the presbytery clerk.
Please organize and submit the photos in the following order: 1) Senior Pastors 2) Associate & Education Pastors 3) Honorably Retired Pastors 4) Emeritus Pastors 5) Missionaries 6) Military Chaplains 7) Mission Pastors & Evangelists 8) Pastor at Large 9) Elder Commissioners.
Please include retired pastors under the category of "the Pastor at Large" and write “(Retired)” after their names.
For all pastors and elders except the Pastor at Large, please include their church information.
There is no need to include church information for the Pastor at Large.
Additionally, I kindly request the cooperation of each presbytery clerk regarding the information listed in the General Assembly directory.
Please ensure that only pastors whose churches and themselves are officially affiliated with the presbytery, and who are currently paying the presbytery and General Assembly dues, are listed under the "Senior Pastor" section.
If a pastor is personally affiliated with the presbytery but their church is not, and thus neither the pastor nor the church is paying dues to the presbytery and General Assembly, that pastor must be listed under the "Pastor at Large" section.
