헌의부는 각 노회로부터 올라온 모든 헌의를 각 상비부에 배분한다. The Bills and Overtures Committee shall be represented by the delegates who have been recognized as experts in each field. They shall study the particular matters entrusted to them by the General Assembly. They shall also study the matters pertaining to church growth. They shall present their suggestions in writing to the General Assembly at least two months before the opening of the assembly.
